Refund policy

• Return Window: Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

• Item Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Exclusions: Customized, clearance, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Process: To start a return or exchange, contact us at support@empowermentnation.store with your order number and details. We’ll provide instructions.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and carefully inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your replacement item.
